How fresh are the masalas?

Our masalas are made in small batches and immediately packaged, preserving the flavor and freshness. The masalas remain fresh for 6 months after opening the packet.

How authentic are these products?

We pride ourselves in balancing the subtle flavors of the Bohra cuisine. Each product is made with all natural and fresh ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives.

What if I haven’t cooked this before?

We promise you will love our simple and easy to cook recipes, try them here.

When will my order ship?

An order normally ships within 48hrs. We have partnered with USPS and shipping times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on the address. Please email us at orders@bohrapantry.com if you would like priority shipping.

Are your products available in stores?

We are currently only selling online. If you think we would be a great fit at your local store, please do not hesitate to contact us at writetous@bohrapantry.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Bohra Pantry products are currently only available to ship within USA. We are working on shipping globally. If you are outside the US and would like to try our products, please contact us at orders@bohrapantry.com and we will try to make it happen.

How can I cancel my order?

Once you place your order and make the payment, you will receive an order confirmation and an order number. Please mail us at orders@bohrapantry.com with the order details before the order ships out (you have between 24 hrs – 48 hrs if you wish to cancel your order).

How can I get a refund?

We are sure you will love our spices! But for some reason once you receive them, you wish to return them (spice packets must be unopened), please mail us at orders@bohrapantry.comwith the order details and your concerns, and we would love address your concerns.

What do I do if I opened the packets and want a refund?
